Return Policy
Products are not eligible for return if they are received in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or differ from their description on the product listing. Customers can return items within 5 days of receiving them, except for products made and prepared to customer specifications, personalized items, or exclusively custom-made products. Moreover, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase; all of the above subject to the conditions below.
Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all original materials, accessories, manuals, registration cards, any bundled or promotional items, and vouchers. For gift-with-purchase promotions, the gift must also be returned along with the purchased product to process the return.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Returned products will be verified prior to processing a refund or replacement. Replacements are subject to product availability (size, color, etc.). Refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days after claim verification. All refunds will be issued in Qatari Riyals. Please allow up to 14 working days from the date the product is returned before contacting us if you have not received your refund.

Any conditions stated in this Exchange and Refund Policy will be considered void if they violate the provisions of Article No. (5) of Law No. (8) of 2008 on Consumer Protection in the State of Qatar.
